Issue Summary
On "Find an issue" page, the empty table header is found for "Search issues" table.
Note : This issue is found on "Basic" and "Advanced" mode.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any project.
- Activate "Issues" button in the header section and select "Search for issues" option.
- Navigate through page using screen reader or inspect the code.
- Observe that the empty table headers are found on page.

Actual Results
The table header of "Search issues" table has been found empty.
As a result, screen reader users will find it difficult to understand the table semantics while navigating through it.
Expected Results
The table header should not be empty, as it indicates the role of a heading for a particular column.
