Issue Summary
The content associated with "Filter Actions" buttons is announced inappropriately by JAWS.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any project.
- Navigate to the "Sidebar".
- Using screen reader, navigate to the "Filter Actions" buttons and activate any of these.
- Listen the screen reader's announcement.

Actual Results
The content associated with "Filter Actions" buttons is announced inappropriately. The content is announced as "Filter Actions Edit Move up Move down Delete" with JAWS in Windows.
The content associated with the mentioned buttons is available when the users do the "Virtual PC" cursor off.
However, the content is not available for screen reader users separately using arrow keys or "Tab" key.
As a result, screen reader users found it difficult to interact with the content effectively.
Expected Results
The content should be announce for all the users in all the browsers with all the screen readers. It will help screen reader users to interact with the content associated with the mentioned buttons.
