Issue Summary

The "Issue Navigator - InstEnv Jira" inaccurate page title is defined for "Search issues - InstEnv Jira" page. 

Note : This issue is found on "Basic" and "Advanced" mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any project. 
2. Activate "Issues" button in the header section and select "Search for issues" option.
3. Navigate through page using screen reader or inspect the code. 
4. Observe that the inaccurate page title is defined.

Actual Results

Inaccurate page title "Issue Navigator - InstEnv Jira" is provided for the webpage. This made it difficult for screen reader users to identify the type of information available on the page.

Expected Results

The screen reader should announce accurate page title that gives information about the content of the webpage for their users.

Provide meaningful title for the webpage within the <title> tag in the page source.
