Issue Summary
The color contrast for some of the text on the page does not meet the minimum color contrast ratio i.e. 4.5:1.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the “Header“ page.
- Navigate to the "Skip to the main content" link in the header section.
- Use the CCA testing tool to check the color contrast.
- Observe that the color contrast between the foreground text and the background is insufficient.

Actual Results
The text "Skip to main content" on the header section, fails the minimum color contrast requirements with its background color i.e. 4.5:1.
FG: #0165FF
BG: #F4F5F7
Contrast ratio: 4.47:1
As a result, low-vision users and color-blind users will find it difficult to read standard text elements that have insufficient contrast.
Expected Results
On all pages, ensure that each foreground/background color combination presents a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for standard text.
A color contrast analyzer can be downloaded from Color Contrast Checker - TPGi
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
