Issue Summary
On "Find an issue" page, the "Remove filter for resolution" button has insufficient colour contrast.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open any project.
- Activate "Issues" button in the header section and select "Search for issues" option.
- Navigate to the mentioned image button.
- Use any color contrast testing tool to check the color contrast.
- Observe that the color contrast between the mentioned image button and the adjacent background is insufficient.

Actual Results
The #FFFFFF image button has an insufficient color contrast ratio of 1.9:1 with #BBBBBB background.
This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to distinguish the user interface components in different states that have insufficient contrast.
Expected Results
Ensure that the color contrast for the foreground border color of user interface controls in hover state is 3:1 with the background color.
