The files with extension .eml, .msg, .bak etc if they have '@' in it is not properly attached and gets broken.

The customer is aware that the "@" symbol is a reserved character in many file systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. But is interested if this could be fixed somehow at Jira end.
