Issue Summary

When the user activates "Order by Priority: ascending sort applied, activate to apply a descending sort" button, the focus moves inappropriately to top the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the “Issues“ page.
2. Navigate to the mentioned button present in the main content area and activate it.
3. Observe that the focus moves to the top of the page instead of staying on triggering element.

Actual Results

When users activate "Order by Priority: ascending sort applied, activate to apply a descending sort" button, the keyboard focus moves to the top of the page instead of staying on the triggering button itself.

As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users will have to navigate the page content again in order to reach desired content.

Expected Results

The focus should maintained on the Order by Priority:" button when activated to sort ascending/ descending. This can be achieved via JavaScript focus() method. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
