Issue Summary
When the user activates any of the checkboxes (available when users activate "Order by Priority" button) the focus moves inappropriately to top the page.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the “Browse projects“ page.
- Navigate to the "Order by Priority" button present in the main content area and activate it.
- Navigate onto the "Affects Version/s","Assignee", "Component/s" and so on checkboxes and activate any of it.
- Observe that the focus moves to the top of the page instead of triggering button.

Actual Results
When screen reader users activate any of the mentioned checkbox, the keyboard focus moves to the top of the page instead of moving back to the "Order by Priority" button.
As a result, keyboard-only and screen reader users will have to navigate the page content again in order to reach desired content.
Expected Results
Ensure that when the user activate any of the mentioned checkbox, the keyboard focus should move back to the "Order by Priority" button.
