Issue Summary
The "alt" attribute is missing for the informative image present in the main content area.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "Scrum board" page.
- Navigate to the mentioned informative image in the main content area.
- Inspect the code of the image.
- Notice that the "alt" attribute is not specified for the <img> tag.

Actual Results
The "alt" attribute is not provided for the "Story" issue type informative image.
As a result, screen reader users will not be able to understand the purpose of the image and hence the information will not be conveyed to the users that is available for sighted users.
Expected Results
The alternate text of the informative image should be read out by the screen reader.
Provide alternate text such as "Issue type: story" for the informative image using the "alt" attribute. Ensure that the alternate text is descriptive of the image's purpose.

Workaround
