Issue Summary
The decorative images present on the page is provided with unnecessary alt text.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the "View Issue" page.
- Navigate to the "Uploaded image for project: 'Sample Core'" decorative image present in the main content area.
- Now, navigate onto the "Icon: Task" decorative image present in the "Details" accordion.
- Inspect the code of the mentioned decorative images and observe that, the decorative image has descriptive alt text.

Actual Results
When user navigates to the mentioned decorative images present on the page, they observe that the mentioned decorative images have been given descriptive alternate text such as "Uploaded image for project: 'Sample Core'" and "Icon: Task" which was found to be unnecessary as they do not convey any additional or important information to screen reader users.
Expected Results
Apply the following changes:
- Decorative images should be skipped by the screen reader.
- Provide empty alt attribute i.e., alt="" for the decorative images.
- Empty alt indicates assistive technology to skip the content.
