Issue Summary

An Unlabelled button present inside activity section

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to any issue inside Jira.
2. Navigate to the Activity Tab 
3. Inspect the settings icon button.
4. Observe that it doesn’t have an accessible name. 

Actual Results

In the activity section the settings button doesn’t have an accessible name.

Also it’s not in the logical focus order when navigating with keyboard since with CSS it’s position is updated. It doesn’t receives the keyboard focus after "Feed" link as it appears visually instead it receives focus after the activities.

This makes it difficult for screen reader & keyboard only users to understand the purpose of the button.

Expected Results

The button must have an accessible name. Provide aria-label="More options" to the button.  

Also ensure that focus order of the button is logical. Place the code of the button after "Feed" link in DOM.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
