Problem

When performing text searches with Chinese characters and wildcard prefixes and suffixes the results are incorrect.

Environment

Jira 9.4.9

Jira 9.12.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project
2. Create issues with the following text as the Summary (测试 = Test):
   1. 123测试
   2. 测试123
   3. QQ测试
   4. 测试QQ
3. Navigate to Issues > Search for issue and perform the following searches
   1. 测试
   2. 测试*
   3. {}测试{*}

Expected Results

1. This works correctly and shows all 4 issues
2. Expected to see issues 2 and 4
3. Expected to see issues 1 and 3

Actual Results

1. This works correctly and shows all 4 issues
2. No results
3. No results
