Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: yes
By using Google Chrome When clicking on the "Edit" comment which has more than 15 lines, the dialogue that pops up is much too short. This is about the default height of the comment box, which for smaller browser windows is close to unusable.
This issue happens only with Google Chrome and Firefox with Windows OS client machines.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup the Windows environment and connect to it with a remote desktop manager tool
- Run Chrome and make sure the browser resolution is rather low. By to http://howbigismybrowser.com/ verify my maximized browser window is 1478 x 693
- Create a new issue in a Software type project (same for Service type)
- Add a comment with 15 lines (so there is some content to show when editing the comment)
- Click on “Edit” The edit comment box comes up at a fairly short height

Expected Results
Edit the comment box open with enough height.
Actual Results
There are errors no logs
Workaround
Change the browser window size, e.g. by un maximising and maximising it again, while the comment box is visible and automatically resized to a much more usable height.
