Generating the support zip takes long time.

      Generating a support zip in Jira 9 takes longer time than Jira 8. The larger the file the longer the Jira takes to generate the zip.

      1. Setup a Jira 9 instance
      2. Increase the log files manually on the install and home folder to >500MB
      3. Login to Jira, under Settings > Troubleshooting and Support Tools
      4. Click on Generate Support zip and observe the time taken
