Problem Statement
As a user, I often want notifications to be sent to an alternate email address rather than the primary email address associated to my account in Jira.
Issue:
Currently, Jira only supports one-email-per-user which means that notifications are sent to that email address only.
In certain situations, uses want notifications to be sent to an alternate email address without having to modify their primary Jira account details.
Idea:
Please allow the ability for a user to set an alternate email for notifications. This feature should be kept behind a toggle for Administrators to enable or disable.
