Issue Summary

Deleting a watched user from a Jira instance doesn't update the watcher counter 

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. created a new user in Jira and then added the user as a watcher, please refer screenshot
2.  Run the search and the watchers field is showing the correct count
3.  Then delete the user from user management screen
4.  Run the search and watches field show the wrong value of 2 

  5. Perform reindexing of the Jira instance. 

Expected Results

 
The watcher disappeared from the list of watchers on the issue view page and jiraissue.watches should update the counter and reflect correct results in the issue search watches field. 
 

Actual Results

 The jiraissue.watches counter is not updated and wrong results are displayed in the issue search watches field. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
