      Issue summary

      As part of the solution from JRASERVER-62072 on Jira 9.11.0, a new Jira Stats was introduced, namely the Scheduler Stats.

      Below is a sample entry from the Scheduler Stats:

      Suggested solution

      To help configuring a monitoring solution based on this stats it would be helpful to have a KB article describing the Scheduler Stats, similar to what we already have to other stats.
