Problem Definition

At the moment, when a user selects the parent of a cascading custom field, they'll see the child values listed.

In some use cases, the user only knows the child value, and when selecting that, it won't automatically select the parent value.

Suggested Solution

It would be great to have the ability to automatically select the parent value when user enters the child value.
