Groupname with "+" character are not found while adding them under Roles.

Steps

• Create a group with name "GRP+ [N0001]" & "GRP+ [N0002]"
• Navigate under Project Settings->User and Roles->Add Users to Role
• Type "GRP+" 

Expected Results

• The group with name GRP+* should be listed as suggestion.

Actual results

• No groups with name GRP+ are listed

Additional notes

The moment you type "GRP+" an AJAX request is sent to the server to fetch the records. The '+' sign has a special meaning in URLs, it means 'space' i.e url encoded and thus in Request URL to the Jira server it is "GRP " is sent and thus no matching record found.
