When using Advanced Roadmaps with auto scheduling and scenarios, I want to be able to view the impact of increasing or decreasing team size. As this is effectively a "what-if" scenario I don't have real/active users to be able to assign to the teams.  I would like to be able to set a team size (number of people) and estimated per-person velocity to support this kind of "what-if" planning.

Without this feature, the auto scheduling rules make it impossible to get a reasonable assessment of "what-if" impacts.
