Keep the checkbox "Also remove my Jira Service Management license and configuration" by default unchecked when uninstalling the application

Issue Summary

Currently, when we uninstall the application from Jira administration > Applications > Versions & licenses and the user click on Uninstall, it presents the below dialog box:

And the checkbox "Also remove my Jira Service Management license and configuration" is checked bydefault.

Since this removes all the configuration, it is better to keep it unchecked by default to avoid any mishap where configurations are removed unknowingly. If this happens by mistake by any user, the only way to restore everything is from the XML or native DB backup which is a huge effort.

Also, we should hope in such scenarios that restore doesn't fail with any issues

Let user check it if they want to completely uninstall the application but we SHOULD NOT keep it checked by default. If there is a reasoning to keep it checked, please let us know and feel free to close this ticket.
