Issue Summary

The internal URL in Rich Text Gadget not opening in a new tab, instead, it is opening up within the same gadget and not very user friendly to view.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a new RichText gadget to a dashboard.
2. Edit the content to add an external URL, and an internal URL pointing to an issue Jira instance itself.
3. Save the gadget.
4. On the gadget from the dashboard click on the external URL and the internal URL

Expected Results

Both external URL and internal URL opens up in a new tab.

Actual Results

The internal URL pointing to an issue in the Jira instance opens up within the gadget. Not in a separate tab.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
