Login page with SSO authentication options may not render on Chromium based browsers when App Usage for Jira is installed

Issue Summary

When using SSO for Atlassian Server and Data Center while App Usage for Jira is installed, the authentication options fail to render when accessing the /login.jsp endpoint.

While this was recreated on Chrome version 118, Firefox version 119 isn't affected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a vanilla instance of Jira.
   • This was validated with Jira Software 9.11.2.
2. Configure a SAML IdP through the Atlassian Authentication App.
3. Access <Jira-Base-URL>/login.jsp with Chrome and note that the page renders as expected with the authentication options.
   
4. Install App Usage for Jira.
   • This was validated with App version 1.8.0.
5. Access <Jira-Base-URL>/login.jsp with Chrome.

Expected Results

The page correctly renders with the authentication options.

Actual Results

The page fails to render the authentication options with no apparent error.

Workaround

Disable the entrypoint-app.usage.frontend.click.monitoring.resource App Usage for Jira module or the entire App.

Users may also access Jira through other supported browsers instead of Chrome (e.g. Firefox).
