Add a comment : Focus is not set onto the newly added content when the page is updated

Issue Summary

On the "Add a comment" page, the focus does not move onto the newly added content when the page is dynamically updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate onto the mentioned page.
2. Navigate onto the "This comment will be viewable by all users" link and activate it.
3. Observe that a listbox gets added.
4. Observe that the focus does not move onto the newly added listbox.

Actual Result

When the "This comment will be viewable by all users" link is activated, The page gets dynamically updated. However, the focus remains on the activated link instead of moving onto the newly updated content. This illogical focus order might make the page difficult to understand for the keyboard and screen reader users.

Expected Results

Make sure that the focus is managed appropriately when the page is updated. Make sure that when the user activates the "This comment will be viewable by all users" link, the focus goes onto the newly added listbox. This can be done with the “focus” method.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
