Hi Team,
With data I have in my Jira Service Desk (queues) - both opened and closed.
I would like to represent this data in a particular way like the one in the screenshot attached.
So just to mention, the Month(is grouped up for when the tickets were created) vs Affected Components (is a selectable custom field when a ticket is created).

The screenshot below is a view of the Search Filter which I had created to aid in presenting the data I am looking for.
