As an ALM user, it would be beneficial to allow users to select the fields needed when Cloning an issue as there is the potential that specific fields, such as dates, would need to be different on the cloned issue, but would not want to have History of the date being changed on the issue.

Please create an option for users to select the necessary required fields during a Clone.
