Date headers after the first one in the Activity tab and Activity steam gadgets are displayed at the bottom, not above the relevant activity items

Issue Summary

In the Activity tab of the issue view screen, only the first date header is displayed above the activity items associated with it. All subsequent date headers are displayed at the bottom, below all the activity items.

The same is presented in the Activity Stream on the gadgets and User profile page: 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Jira 9.5.0 or newer
2. Perform multiple actions on an issue on various dates over a period of time
3. View the issue and select its Activity tab.

Expected Results

Date headers after the first should be displayed above the activity items they're associated with:

Date headers after the first are displayed together at the bottom, underneath all the activity items:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
