Health check cannot verify the End of Life date for JIRA

Issue Summary

As part of the Jira health check analysis, the Troubleshooting and Support Plugin checks the support status of a product on today's date and gets Jira's release dates from the MarketPlace.

However, the JSON file returned by the MarketPlace does not contain all Jira releases and we can observe the following messages at the EOL check:
8.20.17/8.20.27: Unable to verify the End of Life date for version '8.20.x'. The check has not been performed.
Check if the running version of Jira is approaching, or has reached End of Life.

We couldn't verify the End of Life date for JIRA version 8.20.17 or 8.20.27.

Steps to Reproduce

• Using a JIRA 8.20.17 version, access the Admin > System > Troubleshooting and support tools
• At the "Instance health" tab, expand "Supported Platforms" and "End of Life"
• Observe that the check was successful and the product had not reached the EOL
• Redo the steps using the Jira 8.20.17/8.20.27 version.

Update the troubleshooting plugin to the latest version.
Once it is updated it shows the below message
The End of Life date for JIRA version 8.20 is Oct 19, 2023. To ensure you're still fully supported, you should upgrade before this date.

This is not correct as per the document - [Jira Software 8.20 Long Term Support release change log|https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-8-20-long-term-
support-release-change-log-1086401004.html] that shows the EOL date as December 31 2023.

So the EOL page should display the correct date.

Expected Results

• The check was successful and the product had not reached the EOL. The EOL page should display the correct date i.e. 31st December, 2023.

Actual Results

• The EOL check was not executed and the following message was presented:
  We couldn't verify the End of Life date for JIRA version 8.20.17/8.20.27.
  The End of Life date for JIRA version 8.20 is Oct 19, 2023. To ensure you're still fully supported, you should upgrade before this date.
