Issue Summary

File replication settings is associated to Disaster Recovery setup for Jira Data Center.
This feature is detailed in Disaster Recovery Guide for Jira product document.

The File Replication Settings admin page has two in-product help links that are pointing to the same documentation: Installing Jira Data Center.
This document is for installing Jira and not to configure Disaster Recovery.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a vanilla instance of Jira Data Center.
   • This was validated on Jira Software DC versions 9.4.8 and 9.10.0.
2. As an administrator, go to Administration > System > Replication.
3. Click on one of the ? icon.

Expected Results

The administrator is directed to a page that helps with Disaster Recovery settings, such as Disaster Recovery Guide for Jira.

Actual Results

The administrator is directed to Installing Jira Data Center.

The actual link is https://docs.atlassian.com/jira/jadm-docs-0910/Installing+Jira+Data+Center, which redirects to https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/installing-jira-data-center-938846870.html.
Both are unrelated to the Disaster Recovery feature.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
