As a Jira administrator I would like to enable or disable rate limiting only on specific nodes of a data center cluster

      It would be helpful to have a feature like If user access JIRA via node 1 or node 2 (using LB DNS URL), rule applies. If they access JIRA via node 3 (using direct Port & IP URL)., rate limit doesn't apply.

      Someway if Rate limit can be node specific only not cluster wide. If we can disable rate limit to one node and enable it on another in same cluster.
