Update Bundled Tomcat and Java versions documentation for Jira 9.4.9

      Problem Description

      The Bundled Tomcat and Java versions documentation page currently lists the latest update for Jira 9.4 as containing Tomcat 9.0.73.

      However, Jira 9.4.9 was updated to include Tomcat 9.0.75. This can be confirmed by downloading the ZIP or TAR.GZ archive, unpacking it and checking the included Tomcat release notes:

      $ grep 'Apache Tomcat Version' atlassian-jira-software-9.4.9-standalone/tomcat-docs/RELEASE-NOTES
                     Apache Tomcat Version 9.0.75

      Suggested Solution

      Add a new entry to the table for Jira 9.4 in Bundled Tomcat and Java versions to reflect the fact that Jira 9.4.9 is bundled with Tomcat 9.0.75.
