View issue: Issue type is announced multiple times to screen reader users

Issue Summary

Issue type is announced multiple times to screen reader users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on screen reader.
2. Navigate to any issue in Jira 
3. Navigate with arrow keys 
4. Observe that the issue type is announced multiple times by screen reader.

Actual Results

When screen reader user navigate on the issue page with arrow keys, the type of the issue is announced multiple times. It is because multiple elements are labelled with the issue type.

• Image as alt "Icon: Bug"
• then "Bug" text

Similar issue is observed for "Priority" field.

Expected Results

The repetitive information should not be announced by screen reader. 

• Remove "alt", "tabindex" & "aria-describedby" attributes from icon image.
• Remove the all edit buttons from <div class="wrap"> & put them inside separate <div>

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
