Title attribute is redundant in boards selector

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a project. in the menu on the left, select the menu item "Boards in this project" and hover with the mouse over one entry, e.g."SCRUM board" in the opened popup.
2. The problem affects all entries in the popup, i.e. “Kanban Board” and “Create board” as well.

Actual Results

The title assigned to the menu item is redundant. Since title attributes are not accessible because they cannot be operated by users with motor impairments, they should be omitted. Really important additional information should be provided via keyboard-accessible tooltips.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
