Issue Summary

The Confluence activity Stream gadget in Jira doesn't work properly and needs to be removed: Regardless of the filter settings, it will always show the entire Confluence activity (filters do not apply). 

With the release of Confluence 7.0, the Activity Stream Gadget was deprecated which means Atlassian won't be correcting issues with the gadget and will remove it in a future release. However, the gadget is still not removed and available in Jira which is confusing for the users who are trying to use it

Tested on: Jira 9.4.7 / Confluence 7.19.8

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Jira has application link with Confluence v 7+
2. Add Confluence activity stream gadget to Jira dashboard
3. Apply filter to the gadget, e.g. by Confluence space

Expected Results

The gadget should either show a correct, filtered Confluence activity stream or be completely removed (as deprecated)

Actual Results

The gadget is showing an unfiltered activity stream from Confluence
