Problem Definition

Currently, intermediate Scheme Operations are logged without any reference to the actual scheme operation, which is confusing or vague.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to 'Issue type schemes' > Edit an existing Issue type scheme > Add or Remove an 'Issue Type':
   
2. However, this will only log 'Issue type scheme updated' and NOT whether there was an addition or removal of an issue type in the Audit Logging:
   

Suggested Solution

The actual operation should be also logged in the details of Issue Type Scheme Operations. Example: "Issue Type 'Bug' Removed", "Issue Type 'Bug' Added"
