Issue Summary

On Jira, main navigation menu is not Accessible with JAWS 2022 screen reader.

Note: This is JAWS screen reader specific issue & does not repro in other screen reader. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on JAWS 2022 screen reader.
2. Navigate to Jira.
3. Turn on Jaws virtual PC cursor using insert + z 
4. Navigate to the "Dashboard", "Boards", etc menus are press space or enter to activate.

Actual Results

When user turn on the JAWS virtual pc cursor & navigate to "Dashboard", "Boards", etc menus are press space or enter to activate, the menu doesn’t expand.

Expected Results

The user should be able to expand the menu when using JAWS virtual PC cursor.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
