Issue Summary

The previous & Next buttons are labelled incorrectly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on JAWS
2. Navigate to the "open issues" page.
3. Navigate to the "Next Issue" & "Previous Issue" buttons.

Actual Results

When viewing issues, there are buttons for previous and next issues.  This is an example of how it reads.

Next Issue'SCRUM-3'

We shouldn't be getting the ' character in the name and there should be proper spacing.

Remove the ' character from the button's inner text & title attributes. Also provide appropriate space between the words.
