      Issue Summary

      Currently, Jira REST API change log is released for only LTS versions like v9.4, v8.20, v8.13 etc.

      Many customers want to the document of REST API change log for every versions after the new version released.
      Please provide REST API change log every version regardless of LTS or not.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Suggestion

      Provide REST API change log every version regardless of LTS or not.

      Actual Results

      Jira REST API change log is released for only LTS versions like v9.4, v8.20, v8.13 etc.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
