Searching for Component Leads in Project Settings fails if the search would match a capital letter

Issue Summary

In Project Settings > Components, searching for part of a Component Lead's name which contains capital letters will always fail and return no results (unless the search happens to also match part of the component name or description).

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a user in Jira whose Full Name is AAAbbbCCCddd.
2. Navigate to Project Settings > Components and create a new component with the newly created user as Component Lead.
3. In the search box of Project Settings > Components, try the following search terms, one at a time:
   • AAA
   • bbb
   • CCC
   • ddd

Expected Results

All four search terms (AAA, bbb, CCC and ddd) should return the newly created component whose Component Lead is the user AAAbbbCCCddd.

Actual Results

The search terms bbb and ddd return the newly created component, while AAA and CCC do not.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
