Issue Summary

The improvement of "Activity tabs improvements" in Jira 9.0 is available for Server license regardless of license types.
However the release notes say "Activity tabs improvements" is only for DC with a "DATA CENTER" label.

Also, in the feature document of Editing and collaborating on issues, there is no describe about this feature is only for DC.

1. Step 1: Check the document of Activity tabs improvements

Expected Results

The release notes say "Activity tabs improvements" is not only for DC, Server is also available. The document should be updated as "Server and DC are also available".
