Problem

Audit log object links generated using old base URL

Environment

Jira

Steps to Reproduce

1. Base URL set as urlA
2. Make any change within the instance which captures audit log (eg. update project role)
3. Check the audit log, click on the link in the 'Affected Object(s)' column and verify that the URL is generated using urlA
4. Change base URL to urlB
5. Check the audit log again, click on the link in the 'Affected Object(s)' column now

Expected Results

1. Clicking on the link in the 'Affected Object(s)' column will open a page with URL using urlB

Actual Results

1. Clicking on the link in the 'Affected Object(s)' column will open a page with URL still using the old urlA

Workaround

Restart Jira and the Audit Logs will now generate links using urlB
