Bulk change>current page is always picking page 1 results (1-50) regardless of the page selected

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Perform Issue search returning more than 101 results (number of pages more than 2)
2. Switch to any page of the list other than 1
3. Go to Tools>Bulk change: current page

Expected Results

The list of issues on screen Step 1 of 4: Choose issues is the same as was on the selected page

Actual Results

The list of issues on screen Step 1 of 4: Choose issues is always from page 1 (search results 1-50)

 
Additional info:
When doing Tools>Bulk change: current page from the first page of search results it works as expected: screen Step 1 of 4: Choose issues is showing issues 1-50
