Actual Results
The labels of form fields in the main content area is announcing two times due to "title" attribute. In <div> element "title" attribute has been used inappropriately which causes screen reader users to listen same information receptively which can be irritating experience for them.
Similarly for the image links such as "Details", "Description", "Comments", and so on
Expected Results
Remove the "title" attribute from the "Status", "Priority", and so on fields. Also remove from the image links such as "Details", "Description", "Comments", and so on.
