Jira shows incorrect (generic) message when build is deleted from Bomboo

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup Jira integration with Bomboo
2. Add a build in Jira issue
3. Delete the build from Bomboo
4. Access the build from Jira, it will give an error as "You don't have access to view all related builds. Please contact your administrator."

Expected Results

Provide more informative message, example below.

"The build you are trying to access to not available in Bamboo due to retention policy set in bamboo plan/project or server”

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the atlassian-jira.log file:

 Error when fetching Bamboo Plan status for key XXXXXXX-YYYYYYYY [Plan XXXXXXXX-YYYYYYYY not found.] 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
