Attachment link from the other issue will be broken in comment/description section when putting some words and the editor mode is changed.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1: Copy the attachment URL link from the other issue.
2. Step 2: Paste the attachment URL link to the issue, and change the editor mode between "Visual" and "Text". And put some words.
3. Step 3: Add the comment.
4. Step 4: The attachment URL link in the comment will be changed as Jira Wiki markup like "[^sample-attachment_TEST-9.pdf]". And that attachment link is broken because there is no such attachment in the issue.

Expected Results

If that attachment doesn't exist in the issue, the attachment URL link will not be changed.

Actual Results

The attachment URL link will be changed in spite of the attachment doesn't exist in the issue.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
