Currently, we can change User interface of Date and Time formats in Jira.

How to change date and time formats

However, there is no feature to configure Date and Time formats each projects.

Some customers want to configure it when global users use a single Jira instance.

Suggestion

Provide the feature to configure Date and Time formats each projects

There is no feature to configure Date and Time formats each projects.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
