Jira Core quick search is not providing any result when we type more than 7 character in the search box.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

 # Install Jira core 9.9.0
 # Create multiple issues which contain 8-9 same character at the start of the summary and the remaining character can be different.
 # Now search for the first character and you will able to see a list of all the matching issues.
 # when we enter 8 characters Jira do not so any result in the result.

Expected Results
Jira should show matching issues.

Actual Results :
Jira is not showing any matching issue.

Workaround
Try using a maximum of 7 character as part of the search
