Description
Issue Summary
When a ticket is created with multiple custom fields along with a label custom field then the notification email sent on ticket creation contains all the fields including system and custom fields but does not include the label custom field.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create two custom fields one label field and any other custom field.
- Add them to the create screens of the Project
- Create a ticket by adding values for label custom field and any other custom field
- Then create a notification email is sent
Expected Results
The notification email contains all system and custom fields which values added during the ticket creation
Actual Results
The create notification email has the information of all custom fields except for the Label custom field
Workaround
A possible workaround is to follow the article https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/adding-custom-fields-to-emails-968669987.html and modify the velocity template so that label custom fields are added and sent at the time of ticket creation
