Issue Summary

The "Refresh the image" link is not operable with a keyboard on the login page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the login page.
2. Fill invalid credentials 
3. Observe a captcha image appears and and "refresh the link" is present.
4. Try to navigate to the mentioned link.
5. Observe that the link is not operable with the keyboard.

Actual Result

The "Refresh the image" link present in the login page is not operable with a keyboard. This made it difficult for keyboard-only and screen reader users to access the functionality associated with mentioned link.

Expected Result

Ensure that all the interactive elements are focusable and operable using a keyboard and screen reader
Modify the scripts to ensure that the link is operable with keyboard and a mouse.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
