Issue Summary
An empty alt attribute is not provided for the decorative image present in the "Log Work".
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to "Issues" dropdown and activate it.
- Select any issue from "Recent Issues" section.
- Observe that "View an Issue" page has been appeared on the page.
- Press the "." button and check that pop up has appeared on the screen.
- Navigate to the "Log work" option an activate it.
- Observe that "Log work" modal dialog has been appeared on the screen.
- Inspect the code and check that alt attribute is missing.

Actual Results
The "alt" attribute is not provided in the source code of the decorative image associated with "Find more time tracking apps" link.
As a result, screen reader users were able to access the decorative image and it was communicated as unlabelled.
Expected Results
Decorative image should be hidden from screen readers.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
